 I am going to tell you a story about my first time being an EFT practitioner. I was so excited that I had been allowed to help a family member who was going through a tough time in their life. It’s not easy for anyone, but Any person is very close to me, and it means the world to me when they are happy and healthy. During our session, I ended up experiencing what felt like electricity shooting from my hands into theirs, which led me on a journey of self-discovery.

What is EFT, and how does it Work?

EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is a form of acupressure created by Gary Craig in the 1990s. Based on the principle, all human emotions occur with an energy flow. If this flow becomes blocked, they will become stuck at certain points in your body. EFT involves tapping specific meridian points while concentrating on the event that caused you to feel this way. By releasing these blocks, it allows for emotional healing to take place.

EFT can tackle many different issues such as stress, anxiety, fears, phobias, and even addictions( smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol ).

 If you are observing stress, anxious, or are experiencing some emotional trauma, EFT can be a great way to help heal. It is an easy technique that anyone can learn no matter their age.  With only minutes per day- anyone can begin healing themselves with this free and easy technique!

Why should I go to an energy healer for help with my problems instead of traditional medicine or counseling sessions?

If you’re looking for a way to get through your problems, I recommend going to an energy healer. In this day and age, it is hard to find someone who can help you with ease. Energy healers have been around for centuries, so they know what they are doing. They work on how the energy in your body is working to fix any issue.  That may be going on with you. It’s a great way of getting rid of the pain that has been bothering you for years! As an EFT practitioner, you’re always on the go, and it can be hard to find time for yourself. That is why we recommend taking a few minutes each day to practice self-care and take care of your physical body with stretching or alternate activities like yoga. The practitioner is trained to hold space for clients as they release the old patterns they have been carrying within themselves. EFT involves tapping on meridian points along the body to release and bring back flow in the energy system.

During a session, it is common for other issues to come up as the tapping session begins as we may not be fully aware of what is the root cause of the current issue. As an example, an eating disorder can be linked to an emotional issue that the client faced in their childhood, which was left unaddressed. The body never forgets.
