I did a workshop with Abi for family constellations. The workshop gave a good insight as to how it all works and we got to see a snippet of a family constellation happen in ‘real time’ which was very interesting. We all got a booklet to bring home which is handy as there is a lot of information to take in. I’d recommend taking the workshop if you’d like a basic, easy to follow introduction to family constellations

I have been to Abi just few weeks after my wife did the family constellation. This has been an amazing experience for me. I felt so relieve after the session. I was always interested in EFT tapping , I struggled in how to perform this to get benefits , the more videos and talks I looked up on my phone the more confused I became, amazing I found this session in Naas about EFT tapping , honestly it was amazing 👏 I learned everything that I didn't understand, totally left a new different person that knowing this really works ...

This workshop was just introduction yet huge amount of revelation and insights into our patterns, blocks and entanglements.
Abi is amazingly grounded, intuitive and knowledgeable teacher therapist who can hold safe space for the whole group and provide answers and explanations.
It was valuable for me privately and professionally, as I'm recommending it now to my clients interested in improving their health, well-being and growth.
It's ultimately a great tool for greater understanding of family dynamics and finding peace with it.

I went for a Family Constellation session with Abi. It was truly amazing as I have never experienced anything similar in my life. Abi is a very attentive, friendly and calm person.
